A stretch and conditioning class with a difference! Improve your flexibility, core strength and balance with this combination of a gentle full body stretch and basic floor acro(batics).

What does that mean? Rolypolys, teddybear rolls, headstand techniques and, when you're ready, handstands, cartwheels, fishflops, hand balancing and more.
Don't be scared, this is a NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY class aimed at very normal people who just want to feel a little bit fitter, stronger and more supple. And it's incredibly fun!

This class is suitable for anyone to attend, it's free for our members and to those with a Fitness Class Pass. PAYG also welcome for just £5 a session. Booking essential for all attendees.
