Pole Fit Boot Camp
Monday 7.45pm-8.30pm

A strength training class combining both pole and floor based conditioning exercises. NO POLE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. All the exercises will be demonstrated for you to safely copy, and nothing is super complicated.

If you have any injuries or persistant niggles please do get in touch before hand so we can talk to you and make any changes to the exercises given in class.

This class is suitable for anyone to attend, it's free for our members and to those with a Fitness Class Pass. PAYG also welcome for just £5 a session.
